RECOMMENDATIONS ON STATE PROPOSITIONS

See our recommendations on the statewide propositions in the November 4, 2008 election.

In our Action/Advocacy role, the League is nonpartisan but we use our positions to advocate for or against particular policies in the public interest.

In addition, before every statewide election, in an educational project, the League of Women Voters of California Education Fund analyzes the propositions on the ballot and prepares a nonpartisan, unbiased analysis of each ballot measure. "
